New research shows that states were doing just fine, thank you very much, in raising student test scores before NCLB joined the party.

Cafferty File: Leave It!

Yesterday, Jack Cafferty asked CNN viewers the blunt question, “Should No Child Left Behind be left behind?”
The Situation Room blog posted four responses — but not one was positive, or even fair-to-middling. Nope, they were all pretty much along these lines:
